Tuesday evening it started to snow! We haven't had this magical white stuff since Jan 2018. We went for a walk the following day--it was so pretty and crispy cold.
We've been enjoying other people's snowmen. Note the beer can--it's happy hour!
So Dagny did get her wish for a White Christmas! I'm so glad it didn't happen around her wedding with so many people travelling. She sent me pictures around her neighborhood of Christ our King Catholic Church. So beautiful.
I hope everybody is enjoying snow days and getting to play! Happy New Year!!!

I don't know your town, so I didn't know it was uncommon to have snow there. Enjoy
Charleston is pretty far south, around the same latitude as San Diego--so snow is a rarity! Fun!
Enjoy! Echo used to love pushing his nose in the snow. Then, when he realized how cold it was, he'd ask to come back inside...
While it's enchanting, I'm rather relieved it's gracing your yard instead of mine. Last year, we experienced a couple of weeks of snow, but this year, we've only had the relentless cold. Thanks for sharing the delightful pictures and video of Dagny and Ivan's wedding—I truly enjoyed them!
I think you may have gotten more snow than we did in coastal Connecticut! Enjoy it while it lasts.
Carol F, it's so great to hear from you. And yes, snow is magical and lovely when I don't have to drive in it. Michael and I at random times remember little things about the Nuptial Mass and reception. Such a wondrous time.
Carol S., yes, I'm hearing that from my friends up north and in the midwest, that we got more snow than them. It's all gone now--was sunny and 60!
